Data holes when using log scale in Cell Space

Hi there,

I am still running on Iolite 3.71 with igor 6.37 and came across an issue in cell space. I use the Trace Elements DRS with the semi-quantitative standardisation method. I set the threshold when masking low signals to zero and use the total beam as index channel to avoid data holes.
When I am overlaying a transect (single line) onto a mapped image, everthing works fine when using a linear scale. But when switching to log scale, I get some data holes for the same channel. So why do I get a pixel value for lin scale, but not for log scale?

Hi Maurice,

The mask will only hide areas where TotalBeam is less than 0. There may be areas where TotalBeam is greater than 0, but the particular channel you're looking at is less than 0.
