How to create and link selections in iolite 4

I am working on reducing U-Pb data in iolite 4. I have very noisy baselines and I would like to be able to edit out some of the baseline spikes. I thought there was a way to create two selections and link them, but I cannot find it in the manual.

I would also like to be able to do something similar for inclusions and different age domains. I remember in iolite2.5 there was a way to add new selections in the time series view such that ages of different segments of an analysis could be calculated.

Please let me know if I've missed anything.

Regarding baseline selections: I rarely find the need to link them. You can usually just select before or after the spike. The important thing is that the baseline spline accurately reflects your baselines: that spline is what is subtracted from your data when iolite performs its baseline subtraction.
