PCA in Iolite

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone had designed a plugin to do PCA in iolite? I have a bunch of trace element data in iolite and know I can import the data file into IoGAS and do PCA and then generate PC1, PC2 spatial images etc. but I much prefer the images generated in Iolite and would like to keep the images consistent for my paper.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

I have made some simple scripts to do PCA in the past but these were very specific to my needs. If you send an example of the type of plot you're after and/or more explanation, I'll see if I can whip up something for our notes website.

Alternatively, you should learn everything you need from the python course to do it yourself, if you prefer that.

Or maybe someone else has done something and will respond here!
