DRS and worng results issues

Hi Iolite!
We are new users of Iolite, we have Iolite version 3.71 (Igor 7.08) and we are trying to do data reduction for carbonate LA-MC-ICPMS analysis. We encountered several problems using both U-Pb Geochron4 and U-Pb commonApproach DRSs and we wonder if this may be a software issue.
We use NIST614 and WC1 as our primary reference material however we get several errors:

We get very low 207/206 values around 0.1, very different from our measured values
We see no difference between raw and final values after crunching the data
For U-Pb commonApproach DRS we get error message: “It appears that one or more of the 206Pb, 207Pb, or 238U isotopes were not measured. The DRS requires these three isotopes as a minimum in order to run”
We updated the reference material in the “Standards” folder with the appropriate names and coding and we see the 207/206 value we updated in the NIST614 final values.
When we import the Nu PlasmaII file we see that channel names are completely different from the original file: “C:Users:name😃esktop:TRA_Data_2380.csv, each of 8177 scans: m229_H11;m226_H9;m210_IC0;m209_IC1;m208_IC2;”

It is difficult to comment on most of these issues without seeing the data and what you're using for the reference material values. If you're using WC1 as the primary, I believe it has variable common Pb, so U-Pb common approach or VizualAge UcomPbine would need to be used. If you're using NIST as the primary, I believe people do an offline correction to compensate for differences between the glass and carbonate (I might be wrong about this...). If you can share the raw data+logs and/or pxp file, as well as your reference material files with the support email, I'll have a closer look.
