Timestamp issues with import

I'm just learning the new Iolite 4, so hopefully this is a quick fix...!

I've just tried to import a days worth of analyses. I've got the timestamp correct (dd MM yyyy hh mm ss) and it imports most of my files. However, as soon as the time reaches 1pm, all .csv files from that point until 3pm fail to load, with the error 'due to impossible or invalid timestamp'. It looks like my timestamp is not in 24hr time (at 1pm it goes to 1:00:28 as the time) however as soon as 3pm rolls around it doesn't seem to mine (e.g. timestamp reads 3:05:20). I can't figure out why from 3pm onwards this isn't an issue!

Hopefully there is a quick fix to this issue (I've seen on the blog you can write a script in python that uses the time the file was created to import it, but I know nothing about python so this isn't an option for me!).

Hi Rose,

It's not obvious why it's doing that, but if you wouldn't mind send us a couple of files (some from before 1pm, some that are loading incorrectly, and some after 3pm), that would be great.

I'll look into it asap.

Hi Bence, have sent an email with the data in question to the support@iolite email address. Fingers crossed it isn't too difficult to figure out what I'm doing wrong!
