Yes, the continuous "on" state will be a problem. I can probably repair the log for you, but the one you posted has been saved by Excel (or something?) which changed the date-time format. If you can send the original unmodified log to support@iolite-software.com I'll try to fix it.
You should double check that your laser control software is up to date,. If the problem persists with the latest version, please let us know which system and laser control software you're using so we can get in touch with them to sort out the problem.
