Database selection group issues?

I'm trying to upload some iolite files into a database and am losing one of my selection groups when I upload the files to the database.

These files have 3 selection groups, let's just call those SG, SG1, SG2.

The start times of the selections in SG and SG1 are the same and so when I upload the iolite file to the database, I only get SG and SG1 is dropped. Is there a way to keep both of those selection groups without having to alter the start times of every file?
