Where do the values used for normalisation in REEview come from?

Hi Nathan,

I believe the CI values are from Sun and McDonough (1995), MORB from Arevalo and McDonough (2010), and MUQ from Marx and Kamber (2010). You can define your own values through the interface if you want to use different values.
