Hi Rebecca,
I think you might be after the Time Series export? The plot is showing you the concentration along the raster, but I suspect you want to export those values to use elsewhere? If that's the case, in the Export to File tab, for the Export type options, select Stats and Time Series. The Time Series part will create a new worksheet in the export file (if you've chosen the Excel format*) for every selection, and in the worksheet each row will be a measurement along that line and the columns will be the channels you've chosen for export.
For example, if you've chosen Sr88_ppm and U238_ppm for export, and you have just one selection to export data for, the worksheet created will have a column for the absolute time (date/time stamp) for each measurement, a column for elapsed time since the selection started, and then a column of the Sr88_ppm values and a column for the U238_ppm values.
- If you choose the CSV format export, a new file will be created for each selection, with the same arrangement of values as described above for the worksheet.
If that's not what you're after please let me know!
Kind regards,
Bence
