Exporting per pixel data from ROI

Hi Joe and Bence,

Is it possible to export per-pixel data of the ROIs that we've drawn on our biological tissue samples? We want to compare ratios of certain elements in these ROIs, and when we simply do Export, we can't export out data pertaining to our ROIs.

If you select the "Individual region measurements" option in the Image Export options (shown below) iolite will create a spreadsheet for each ROI with the measurements that occur within that ROI for each channel that you have created images for.

I hope you are doing great. I have exported my measurements and got this output table (the table lives within a 'regions' new folder):

It would be helpful to have an Iolite python script that can select the following exports as well:

If possible, the only missing piece on that script would be to generate a ROI covering the whole LA-ICP-MS map. I call it 'Everything mask' (manually defined going to Detail tab>Region of interest tab > + Add > very flexible filter). So, the script should first generate that mask then export 'Individuals, Matrices used to generate images, Regions and Invidual region measurements' without manual work. I would be glad if this is possible.
