I am trying to import a laser ablation line scan Agilent data and sync it with the laser log file. From my experiment setup, I know that I ran a pre-ablation and a slower ablation through the line, so I was expecting to see two laser "on" regions in the sync plot, but there seems to be a small period of laser "on" right after the pre-ablation, which ends up being imported as a separate sample in the group. A screenshot of the sync plot and the corresponding laser log file is attached. Additionally, even when the log is synced, there are three identically named samples that show up in the Samples window, making it hard to figure out and select the ablation run instead of the pre-ablation run. Any help with these issues would be appreciated.
