Calibrating images

Frequently our ImageBio-Vitesse combo with crash mid-run, usually after hours. We restart the image and complete but often there is a sensitivity difference between the two portions on the run. We have a set of standards at both the beginning and the end so is there a way to calibrate the first portion (before the crash) of the image on the first calibration standards and calibrate the second portion on the 2nd calibration but still have the section image render as a whole?

I think that the discontinuity in sensitivity will be a problem (with RMs only at the start and end) unless you have very little drift. Are you importing the data as 1 or 2 vits? If it is 2, you might be able to do something by enabling spline "discontinuities". E.g.,

Maybe it would be worth scattering several RM measurements throughout the session? That way if it crashes mid-run, you can still model the drift in both parts.
