Image from spot by spot

Hi,
Is it possible to create an image from a spot by spot sampling or it is limited to lines?

Hi Dany,

If your spots have different x,y locations, then a CellSpace image should work for this purpose. You can also create different images for different depths by limiting the selection timings. That is, to create an image of the upmost layer, choose only the first 5 s in your selections. Then create a new group, and select the second 5 s etc. This way, each image will be of a different depth.

Cell Space work with laser log only, unfortunately we do not work with synchronized instruments yet...

You could try creating your own, synthetic, laser log files with the createLaserLog() function in the python interface? It would be a little bit of work, but if you know the start and end time, x, y position etc, you could create a log file that way?

Perhaps worth a shot to get CellSpace images running?

Hello Bence, tanks for the suggestion.
It's possible to export map to EXCEL using "Matrices used to generate images". Is it possible to make it the other direction? It's easy for me to assign X-Y adresses or rearrange the EXCEL table to produce the image, then if we could load them back in IOLITE to produce the images, it should be much faster then creating a synthetic laser log file...
