Export laser spot positions

Hi Iolite,

I am trying to export the spot analysis positions using Cell View along with spot labels, scale and background image used for navigation. I can see them within CellView/Iolite. However, it only exports the image without the overlay of spot labels.

Has anyone had this problem before with CellView? Is there another way to export the labelled spot positions?

Sorry for the delayed response.

There isn't a way to export the spot x,y coords with the CellView export, but we can add that in an upcoming release (not the next one, which is due out tomorrow, but soon).

You can export the x,y coords for each selection in the export options... but that would require matching up with the images.
