You can do this relatively simply by using the Stacked Plot (in the Visualization menu). This plots samples one on top of the other. To set this up, each sample would be a separate selection. At the moment, this relies on BeamSeconds being set up, but if you're using a laser log file this should be the case.
You could also do this via the Custom Plot (also in Visualization menu) but this feature is not very well documented at the moment.
The python option is the most flexible and powerful, but if the above works it might not be necessary.
