3D crunch data analysis (no counts in sample)

Hi, I've spent tens of hours researching how to fix errors that occur when I perform 3D trace element crunch data analysis. I have a tutorial from my supervisor that lists every step, but for some reason my samples do not show any counts at all (shown in the photo). Am I missing a setting or something in the software that needs to be enabled to recognise trace element counts throughout my sample?

Hi abasskhochaiche,

Is it possible that you're expecting to see results in the table on the righthand side of the image you posted? If so, that table is where you input internal standards. Results will be calculated based on the inputs into these DRS settings tables. That is, they are the settings used to calculate the results, not the results themselves.
