Student License application – no response to email

I submitted an application for an iolite 4 Student License to support@iolite-software.com on August 24 and followed up again from my university email on September 1, but I have not yet received a response.

Could you please confirm whether my emails have been received?

I am a graduate student at China University of Geosciences (Beijing).

Thanks for getting in contact about your student licence and apologies we haven't responded yet.

To streamline the student licence process (i.e. to keep our workload low so that we can continue to offer them for free) we process applications in batches, normally every couple of weeks (depending on our other workloads etc). Sometimes applicants might receive a reply the same day, but it all depends on when we process the applications.

I'll be running a batch today, so you should receive an email soon.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. This process helps us keep the administrative overhead low and allows us to continue providing student licences at no cost.
