Trace element standardisation using calibration line

Hi guys,

I am mapping and analysing trace element abundance in brain tissues, and would like to standardise abundances using calibration lines constructed from analysing a series of brain homogenates with know trace abundances, i.e. construct a 66Zn/13C vs. known Zn abundance calibration line and use that calibration to standardise Zn abundance, for example. Is there a way to do this in Iolite?

There is a way to do this in iolite: it is still in closed beta testing though.

Yes, sorry I didn't update this. You can do this with iolite's builtin 3D Trace Elements DRS. It uses calibration curves (or calibration surfaces if you choose).
