Date/Time format for Agilent

Hi all,

Perhaps a very basic question, but I'm running into problems loading data from an Agilent .csv. An example of the time format is 30-Aug-21 2:32:24 PM, which I've registered in the import options as dd MMM yy hh mm ss AM/PM (or with Mmm). If I keep the AM/PM, I'm told with an error message that iolite could not process the date/time stamp. If I remove the AM/PM, I get no error message (except for in the messages, where I'm told the file failed to load). I've configured the Agilent data files before in v2.5, so I'm a bit confused as to why this is giving me trouble now.

Hi Jakub,

I think you just need to take off one of the 'h's i.e. dd MMM yy h mm ss should do it.

(hh would indicate that there should be a leading zero for the hours, which is not the case here)

Bence Hi Bence. I forgot to mention that I tried this as well and run into the same issue. Any other ideas?

JakubS That format should work for that timestamp, so it must be something else.

Can you please send me an example file to the support email address?

Also, did you know you can just import your .b batch folder? It avoids timestamp issues by reading the metadata files that the Agilent writes in the batch folder.
