Hello iolite team!
I am having issues uploading some recent glass analyses and wondering if someone could help/provide advice into what I might be doing wrong.
The 'duration' that uploads for my laser log files is incorrect, where iolite reads the duration time as 0.001s, instead of what it should be (119s). So there is essentially no duration of analyses, and therefore selections cannot be made. It's odd because, data loads and I can see it under the 'Time Series', but the last signal loops back to the start, almost like it's erasing any cps signals in between start to finish of a sample analyses (I will try to attach a screenshot).
I do not think it's a timestamp issue, as typically all of the timestamps that come off our Agilent are consistent with a "yyyy MM dd hh mm ss" format.
Any advice/insight is much appreciated!
