How to only image the interested mineral？

When I do LA-ICP-MS mapping, there would be some other minerals (e.g., feldspar) which are coexisted with our interested mineral (e.g., monazite). In this case, Th_cps can be applied as standard to only select monazite zone to image. But how can we achieve it by iolite?

If I understand the question, you can use an image "mask" filter to remove parts of the imaged area that you are not interested in. For example, here I've added a mask to remove parts of this image where Ca43 is less than 10000.
