Ca44++ at mass 22 causes problems with importing files

Hi,
I have been testing out measuring Ca on mass 22 as Ca44++ (similar to https://doi.org/10.1029/2018GC008091). But importing the files are not working, probably because Ca44++ on mass 22 is not recognized?

What happens when you try to import it? What instrument are you using?

If you would like you could send an example data file to the iolite support email, and we could take a look?

Hi Bence,
I am using the Nu Attom,
and this is what came in the messages:
One import summary
"Import summary: 132 selected for import - 0 imported - 0 had no matching importer - 132 failed to import"
For each file
"Could not load the file "FILEPATH" due to missing (?) channel header"

I'll send a zip file with the files and the laser log to the support mail.

Thanks for sending the example data. We've updated the Nu Attom importer to handle doubly charged masses.

The fix will be available in the next release of iolite (>4.8.4).
