Where can I find the results from a PCA analysis?

Hi everyone, after performing a PCA analysis, where can I view the results of that PCA analysis? I want to know the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of each PC but cannot find a way to see them. The only way I can see any values is to export the data and for each sample, it would show values for each PC but that is not useful. I can also map each PC but as I said before, this is useless without knowing the eigenvectors for each PC. This is also a similar problem with k-means clustering, I do not know how to find out what elements cluster with what.

Help would be appreciated!

The eigen values and coefficients are properties of the PCA channels. If you view the PCA channels in the Channels Browser, you'll be able to see them. Additionally, see this thread for a script Joe wrote for copying the values to the clipboard.

Regarding k-means clustering: the results in the KMeans channel show what cluster each datapoint belongs to, but perhaps what you're asking for is the cluster centers? These are not currently stored, but we could also add those as channel properties of the KMeans channel.
