Run Rb-Sr DRS

Hi all,

I am trying to load the Rb-Sr DRS from https://github.com/iolite-LA-ICP-MS/iolite4-python-examples/blob/master/drs/RbSr_isotopes.py and were hit with this error message.The following error was logged:

There was an error in your python runDRS function: : tuple index out of range File "/Users/qianma/Documents/iolite/Plugins/Data reduction schemes/RbSr_isotopes_Dengfeng.py", line 141, in runDRS Rb85_CPS = data.timeSeriesList(

Just wondering if anyone has come across this before?

That error message suggests that the DRS can't find Rb85, either because the element is not listed as Rb or the post-shift mass is not listed as 85.

You can adjust channel properties in iolite's Channels Browser. If you go to the Channels Browser and select a channel, you'll be able to see the various properties of each channel. Select the Rb85 channel, and check to make sure it has the 'Element' property set to Rb and the 'Post-shift mass' set to 85.

If that doesn't fix it, please let us know.

Thanks for you reply in time. I have checked the properties in the channel browser. The 'Element' property has been set to Rb and the 'mass' set to 85. The same error message still come out. Is there any other solution?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The property that the DRS is looking for is the "Post-shift mass", not the "Mass" property. This property must be set to '85' and not the "Mass" property.
