Export Laser Map Matrix data into data tables

Hi iolite team,

Just wondering if it is possible to export individual pixel data from mapped ROIs into data tables similar to how it is done when ROIs are subdivided into groups? I have tried to do this by isolating the ROIs using the masking tool and then exporting their matrix data but this of course separates them into excel sheets where each dataset within them is organised spatially instead.

You can save out the individual datapoints from ROI by checking this option at export:

Apologies for the late reply on my part as well. The option in the export tab arranges the data points spatially (Fig. 1) but I was wondering if there is a way for me to easily export them as a table (Fig. 2)?

The option you're using in the top screenshot is "Matrices used to generate images" not the one Bence highlighted, "Individual region measurements". When you select "individual region measurements" you get something like this:

X, Y followed by whichever channels you've imaged. I think that is closer to what you're after? Note that if you've got both options selected the matrices are in the root export folder with an "_matrix" suffix. The individual region measurements will be in a "regions" subfolder and will be named by the selection group followed by the ROI name.
